Halo 4 At San Diego Comic-Con 2012

Microsoft and 343 Industries announced that Halo 4 will have a playable demo on display followed by two panel discussions at San Diego's three day Comic-Con on July 12th 2012. Halo 4's 'Forward Unto Dawn' live-action web series will make is premier. Also featured will be the playable demo of the Halo 4 competitive multiplayer mode 'War Games.'

At this years Sandiego Comic-con event, there will two panel discussions. One will be covering the fiction story of Halo 4. Included in this discussion will be the recent novels written by Greg Bear and Karen Traviss. The second panel will be focusing on Halo 4's campaign mode and the NEW Halo 4 Infinity Multiplayer mode.

Halo 4 features an epic return of one of video gaming's most well known protagonists in Master Chief. 343 Industries workers along with special guests will talk about everything from the Forerunner saga, to Kilo-Five trilogy, to Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, to Halo 4 Campaign, to Halo 4's new Infinity Multiplayer mode.

Fewer Halo 4 Limited Edition Copies

Those of you avid Halo 4 fans who wish to own a copy of the Halo 4's Limited Edition version, will need to act quickly. 343 Industries has confirmed that there will be far less copies available of Halo 4 Limited Edition than Halo's previous installments.

If you wish to own one of the Halo 4 Limited Edition copies we suggest you pre-order it as soon as possible. If you are in fact an avid Halo fan, this is not something you want to pass up on. 343 Industries said that the Halo 4 Limited Edition copies will hold extra multiplayer maps, a UNCS Briefing Package, and Special unlocks. These features will make for a much more exciting Gameplay experience.

War Games Map Pack

The Limited Edition will hold 9 extra maps, which will be downloadable on Xbox LIVE after the game's release this comin November.

Specializations

Limited Edition owners will have the ability to unlock 6 specializations on the day of Halo 4's release unlike everyone else. This is going to allow experienced player to rank up and get new unlocks faster than people who do not have the Limited Edition version

UNSC Infinity Briefing Package

This bonus will include a lot of useful information about UNSC Weapons, Spartan Armor customizations, and a guide to the UNCS Infinity Starship. It will also include exclusive inside information about the notorious Spartan IV’s.

The exclusive Limited Edition version will also include a 90 minute extended version of the Halo story, starting with he the original war between the Human and Covenant races. The Limited Edition version can be pre-ordered at any major game retailer for $100 which has a launch date of November 6th 2012.
